"Link Not Supported" is one of the most common errors TeraBox users face when trying to use third-party tools. This often happens because TeraBox uses multiple domains and formats for their sharing links.
Supported Link Domains
Ensure your link corresponds to one of these official TeraBox domains:
- terabox.com
- 1024tera.com
- teraboxapp.com
- dubox.com (Older links)
Common Reasons for Failure
Expired Links
TeraBox share links can be set to expire after 7 days or 30 days. If the uploader didn't set it to "Permanent", the link will eventually stop working.
Password Protected
If a link requires a 4-digit code to access, automated players might fail unless they have a field for the password.
How to Fix It
If you get an error, try the following:
- Open the link in an incognito window to see if it even loads.
- Try a different domain (e.g., if it's 1024tera, try changing the URL to terabox.com).
- Ask the uploader to generate a new link if the current one appears broken.
At PlayTera, we support almost all variations of these links. If you find one that doesn't work, please contact our support team so we can update our algorithm.
